Štefan is an external consultant with more than a decade of experience in advisory services. He works at both the national and international levels and brings practical experience from consulting (strategy and transactions in Big4), corporate banking, innovation incubation, and business sustainability and resilience. He helps innovations from both the startup world and academia succeed on the market. He specializes in financial plans and projections.

Martina supports scientists with technology transfer, idea validation, and identifying industrial partners, and she assists early-stage entrepreneurs and startups throughout the development of their innovations. She draws on many years of experience working with research organizations and extensive practice in project management, as well as in preparing and evaluating grant projects in both national and international programmes, including Horizon Europe.

Michal works with startups and research organizations on business and legal aspects. He helps with formulating an optimal business model, go-to-market strategies, regulatory matters, customer acquisition, and the preparation and execution of investment rounds. He has extensive experience supporting Horizon Europe projects, including intellectual property, contractual frameworks, and exploitation of results. He also has experience in legal practice and capital markets.
